Hi, I'm Enrique!


Enrique Tellez is a Broker Associate, Mortgage Loan Consultant, and General Manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Real Estate, where he helps lead the #1 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices office in Northern California and one of the top performing real estate offices in the region. He serves clients throughout the Sacramento region, Central Valley, Bay Area, and north toward Plumas Lake.


He began his career in the mortgage industry in 2004 and transitioned into real estate in 2019, giving him a strong foundation in both financing and real estate strategy. Enrique works with buyers, sellers, and real estate investors, helping them understand not only the market but also how to structure deals from a financial perspective.


Enrique has successfully exited nearly 20 fix and flip projects, managing renovation and resale strategies from acquisition through sale. He also helps guide investors through their investment journeys and has supported more than 20 additional projects through deal analysis, renovation planning, and resale positioning.


He is a top producing agent and was ranked #18 in the city of Sacramento for transactions by RealTrends Verified. He is also a multiple time recipient of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® Master’s Club Award and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices President’s Circle.


Enrique is a graduate of the SAR Leadership Academy and is actively involved in the Young Professionals Network and the Global Business Council, continuing to stay engaged in leadership and professional development.



Outside of real estate, Enrique enjoys reading, playing soccer, attending Sacramento Kings and Sacramento Republic games, watching the San Francisco 49ers, traveling, and staying connected through church and community.
